Some companies think that, while outsourcing the business functions we cannot expect an efficient output. Because they do not have direct supervision over the project. They claim that, although there are several tools to aid this, they can cost a lot of money. But the fact is, while problems in communication is inevitable, no matter how sophisticated your gadgets are – there are still ways that can makes communicating successful. Companies who outsource are using new technologies like tele-conferencing, chat conference, email, voice mail, etc. Companies that use these tools have no major problems with regards to sending instructions and tasks-related information.

Outsourcing is a more expensive Process:
Some of the people may thought that, having the tasks done at home is the most cost effective way so they may not go with outsourcing. So that kind of people should have known the fact of, based on data, that company which is outsourcing can save upto 50 to 70 % of labor and manufacturing costs.
